So my gal pal Pam bought some lebanese bread yesterday.
It was our infamous attempt on weight loss yet again...W0o0o0ot lol
She thought it would be nice to have with some sliced chicken.
This is the concoction that I came up with.
SALAD MIX
A handful of salad lettuce (sliced finely) and one big tomato chopped in cubes.
I threw in some parsley too (chopped as well)
Pour a table spoon of olive oil
Dash of black pepper
SLICED CHICKEN
Fried. It had some taste to it so we didn't bother adding in salt or whatever.
GARLIC SAUCE
A dollop of mayo and cream with a bit of garlic mix (I have a garlic+water+salt mix ready in the fridge for when I need garlic in a dish)
CHEESE
Given that we are cheese eaters, we had some variety of sliced cheese and Kiri (cream cheese)
We put everything in the lebanese bread and rolled it up and VOILE!
HEAVEN~
Not quite diet food but you can replace the sliced cheese with your garden variety low fat cottage cheese.
Have fun tummies!
